Application:

Eucalyptol is a preparation used to dissolve gutta-percha. It is obtained from eucalyptus extract. Colorless or yellowish liquid with a specific, pleasant smell of cineole and a sharp, cooling taste.

Benefits:

Eucalyptus oil is characterized by very strong antibacterial properties, including against Vibrio, Staphylococcus and Streptococcus, also against bacteria resistant to antibiotics.
Eucalyptol has the fewest side effects among other gutta-percha solvents.
