How to use Viruton Extra concentrate:
- Prepare the concentrate use solution by dilution with water in the appropriate proportion. The choice of concentration depends on the desired spectrum and duration of action. To obtain a concentration of 0.5%, dissolve 5 ml of the concentrate in 995 ml of water.
- Immerse the instruments in the solution immediately after use. All parts and holes must be completely filled with the solution.
- After disinfection, rinse and dry the instrument.
- For hygiene reasons, it is recommended to replace the solution daily.
- Do not combine with other cleaning or disinfecting agents.
- The product is intended for use by a professional user.
Viruton Extra composition:
active substance in 100 g of product:
- 11,5 g N - (3-aminopropyl) - N-dodecylpropane-1,3–diamine (CAS: 2372-82-9),
- 3,12 g Poly(oxy-1,2ethanedilo),.alpha[2(didecylmethylamino)ethyl]-.omega.hydroxy-,propanoate(salt) (CAS: 94667-33-1),
- 1,25 g Didecyldimethylammonium chloride (CAS: 7173-51-5)
Use of Viruton Extra:
Viruton® Extra is an efficient concentrate designed for simultaneous washing and disinfection of surgical and rotary instruments. It contains the enzyme – protease, so it has very good cleaning properties.
It is intended for manual disinfection of tools and disinfection in ultrasonic cleaners. The product has anti-corrosion properties and high material tolerance. It is recommended for instruments made of stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, rubber, porcelain, glass and plastics. It has a positive opinion from the tool manufacturer Chirmed and the endoscope manufacturer Vimex.
