Carbon steel scalpel blades are tools used in medicine, including dentistry, for precise tissue cutting. They are made of carbon tool steel and are characterized by high hardness and durability. Scalpel blades are typically used to remove soft tissues such as gums, mucosa, or soft tissues of the mouth. The types of blades for carbon steel scalpels may differ mainly in the shape of the tip, which affects their use in specific procedures. Some of the most commonly used are.
