Micro-hybrid composite with increased mechanical strength

Material for prosthetic applications, periodontics and conservative dentistry. Micro-hybrid light-curing composite with increased mechanical strength, giving the doctor special comfort during prosthetic works - temporary and permanent. The specially developed composition of the composite guarantees crowns and bridges with exceptional durability.

  • for making permanent prosthetic restorations based on polyaramid, polyethylene and glass fibres

  • for making Boston and Maryland type bridges
  • for making temporary crowns and bridges

  • for repairing composite and acrylic crowns and bridges

Advantages: High bending strength of the BOSTON material, reaching 160 MPa, makes it one of the most mechanically resistant composites currently available on the market, which translates into increased service life of the work performed. A carefully selected system of fillers ensures perfectly smooth surfaces after polymerization. Prepared to be used as a complete product or together with pre-impregnated polyaramid fibres. The use of glaze gives the work an excellent cosmetic effect.

Composition: A light-curing dental material, it is a composite composed of a dimethacrylate organic matrix (Bis-GMA, UDMA, Tri-EDMA (TEGDMA), EBADMA), containing inorganic solid fillers (barium-aluminum-silicon glass, pyrogenic silica) and additional substances (photoinitiator , co-initiator, inhibitor, stabilizers, pigments) formed as a result of free radical polymerization combined with cross-linking, activated by visible light in the blue range (400-500 nm). Mineral fillers constitute approx. 78% of the composite.
